As an entrepreneur and strategic ecosystem architect, I design, structure, and develop innovative and scalable business models at the intersection of the cultural and creative industries, innovation, technology, emerging uses, and territorial development.
For more than twenty years, my career across Europe and Africa has led me to work in rapidly evolving entrepreneurial, cultural, and technological environments, from project creation and development to their economic, organisational, and strategic structuring.
My expertise is built on a cross-disciplinary approach combining strategy, business design, innovation design, partnership development, project management, digital transformation, and foresight. This enables me to support projects from the emergence of an idea through proof of concept, business model development, and ultimately, scaling.
Throughout my career, I have designed, developed, structured, and supported entrepreneurial and audiovisual projects, contributed to the introduction of innovative solutions within major organisations, and helped build networks and initiatives dedicated to economic, cultural, and territorial development.
Today, I develop and support projects that connect talent, businesses, technologies, investors, institutions, and territories to create sustainable, replicable, and value-generating ecosystems.

- Within this institution, I was responsible for several key missions:
> Accompanying and guiding trainees: I conducted 730 personalised interviews to advise and guide candidates towards film-related careers suited to their skills, thereby promoting their professional integration.
> Development of strategic partnerships: I have identified and negotiated collaborations with potential partners, enriching the range of training offered by the CEFPF.
> Educational innovation: I created the "Specialised Assistant Transport Manager" course, in response to a growing and specific demand in the sector, offering a unique opportunity for specialisation.
> Organisation of professional events: I have managed and actively participated in well-known trade fairs such as Studyrama, the Salon de l'Étudiant and the Salon des Tournages, to promote the CEFPF's training courses and establish connections with other industry professionals.

The Centre Européen de Formation à la Production de Films (CEFPF) was founded in 1992 on the initiative of the Association Française des Producteurs de Films (AFPF), and is a pioneer in professional training for the film industry in France. Its expertise is recognised and supported by the Fonds d'Assurance Formation des Activités du Spectacle (AFDAS). With more than 5,000 professionals trained, both temporary and permanent employees of production and broadcasting companies, the CEFPF is a major player in the sector.
