About Me
Entrepreneur | Strategic Architect of Scalable Cultural and Experiential Ecosystems

As an entrepreneur and strategic ecosystem architect, I design, structure, and develop innovative and scalable business models at the intersection of the cultural and creative industries, innovation, technology, emerging uses, and territorial development.

For more than twenty years, my career across Europe and Africa has led me to work in rapidly evolving entrepreneurial, cultural, and technological environments, from project creation and development to their economic, organisational, and strategic structuring.

My expertise is built on a cross-disciplinary approach combining strategy, business design, innovation design, partnership development, project management, digital transformation, and foresight. This enables me to support projects from the emergence of an idea through proof of concept, business model development, and ultimately, scaling.

Throughout my career, I have designed, developed, structured, and supported entrepreneurial and audiovisual projects, contributed to the introduction of innovative solutions within major organisations, and helped build networks and initiatives dedicated to economic, cultural, and territorial development.

Today, I develop and support projects that connect talent, businesses, technologies, investors, institutions, and territories to create sustainable, replicable, and value-generating ecosystems.

My conviction: innovation reaches its full potential when it connects people, skills, and resources to create new uses, new business models, and new dynamics for territories and communities.

Anticipate. Design. Connect. Structure. Empower. Scale.

Introduction
The practices of collaborative innovation have developed considerably over the last decades, under the triple necessity: to innovate radically, quickly, by sharing costs and risks. At the same time, information technologies, in particular Web 2.0 (or even 3.0) approaches, make new modes of collaboration possible. This course aims to present these approaches to collaborative innovation very concretely through examples, good managerial practices but also by meeting the actors of collaborative innovation ecosystems.
This teaching is based on an alternation of conceptual teachings, practical cases, scenarios, presentations of professionals and exchanges-visits of ecosystems and third places dedicated to collaborative innovation.

The foundations and virtues of collaborative innovation practices
  • The great periods of innovation are characterized by collaborative innovation practices that are particularly instructive and partially transposable to the context of current practices
  • Why collaborate? The creative lever of the complementarity of skills.
  • Overview of current practices: partnerships, crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, innovation platforms, communities, networks, etc....

Concrete practices and places of collaborative innovation:
